What is not included
SDK implementation, vendor licence fees, and hiring contractors to “fix Mixpanel” are outside these tiers. If your event bus is down, we will say so early rather than burn a lab week.
Invoices, if you proceed, are issued from Thailand. VAT treatment depends on your entity; we will state it in the written offer, not in this page’s marketing figures.
Refund eligibility and processing times are described on the refund page. Cancellation before week one of a live cycle is treated differently from walking away mid-lab.
