Refunds

This policy applies when you have paid Cache Routehub under a written offer for a programme or retainer. The website itself does not take payment. Informational prices on pricing are not invoices.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when Cache Routehub cancels a cycle, when we cannot provide the live teaching described in the offer, or when you cancel within the timeframes below. Dissatisfaction with a store ranking or a metric after you ship is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. Instruction does not warranty a commercial outcome.

Timeframe

Written cancellation received at least ten (10) full days before the published week-one start of a live cycle (Gate Retainer / Release Signal Lab) is eligible for a full refund of that cycle’s fee, minus any non-refundable items already delivered. Cancellation inside ten days and before week one starts is eligible for 50% of that cycle’s fee. After week one begins, live-cycle fees are not refunded except where the studio cancelled or a statutory right applies.

Bench Pass is refundable in full within seven (7) days of delivery of templates, provided office hour has not been used. After the office hour is consumed, Bench Pass is non-refundable.

Watch Floor annual fees: unused future quarters may be refunded pro-rata if you cancel with thirty (30) days’ notice before the next quarter starts. The current quarter is not refunded once it has begun. Lab seats already consumed inside Watch Floor follow the live-cycle rules above.

Full versus partial

Full refunds apply to studio-cancelled cycles and to timely Bench Pass returns unused. Partial refunds apply to late pre-start cancellation (50%) and to unused future Watch Floor quarters. We do not refund “time you felt was slow” inside a completed module.

Non-refundable items

Third-party costs you incur (vendor licences, devices, travel to Bangkok, store fees) are never refunded by Cache Routehub. Custom gate reviews booked as one-off hours, once delivered, are non-refundable. Template files once downloaded under Bench Pass remain yours to keep if a refund is issued under the seven-day window; we may disable further office-hour booking.

Pause versus refund

If your engineering team cannot deliver a debug build by week two, we may pause the seat. A pause is not an automatic refund after week one. We will offer the next available cycle without extra lab fee once, if the pause was caused by a documented engineering blocker rather than non-attendance.

Refund process

Email info@cache-routehub.digital with subject “Refund request”, the offer reference, and whether you seek full or partial treatment. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time and method

Once approved, bank or card refunds typically appear within ten to fifteen business days, depending on your bank. Thai bank transfers may clear faster. We do not refund in cash at the studio. Currency will match the invoice currency unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel an enquiry at any time before payment with no fee. After payment, cancellation follows the timeframes above. Cache Routehub may cancel a cycle for instructor illness or insufficient enrolment; in that case you choose a full refund or a seat on the next cycle.

Exceptions

Nothing here limits mandatory rights under Thai consumer law where they apply. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay a goodwill resolution. Fraudulent enrolments (false identity, stolen cards) are not eligible. If a written offer states a different refund schedule, that offer prevails for that engagement.
